就目前而言,市场上检测多段液位产品,普遍采用多个浮球串联组成,引线多,需要拧螺母安装,价格居高不下,且很多需要与液体接触,极大的影响了使用体验,增加了系统集成的难度。

解决传统浮球方式检测液位,需要浮球或者检测杆长期浸泡液体中,产生大量水垢,油垢,不利于清洗。长时间日光照射材质发黄,发粘,浮球易失灵。若应用场景为饮用水,水箱内漂浮着异物,不环保且不美观,从消费者心理接受度差,用户体验非常不友好。
